Axiom Update 3.11.11
We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.11.11 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
General improvements
Fixed an issue when an attempt is made to launch a workflow with no owner
Fixed a minor display issue on attestation screens
Added a failure notice email to alert list users when any individual linked item or record is failed during an attestation
It’s now possible to stop users from creating Issues even via the attestation process by removing the “Edit Issue” permission from them completely
Added the ability to allow both single-sign-on and normal authentication to happen within any one account
Oversight & SMCR
Added further customisation options on certification templates
Made improvements to the “Assess Eligibility” step of a certification workflow to allow it to be renamed and moved
This means it no longer has to be the first step of a workflow
Added the ability to capture and show other information on the “Assess Eligibility” step of a certification workflow
For example, ‘Rationale’ containing some descriptive text about the choices made
Removed the heading name for “Other Information” sections of SMCR documents
Added the ability to add linked responsibilities directly to some functions (e.g. Lines of Business) and view this on both cards and listing screens
Added a separate “Line of Business” tracking box to person card screens
Added the ability to create a “Line of Business” placeholder for template workflows
Added the ability to download the person grid screen to CSV
Changed the way person name searches work to better identify relevant results where both first name and surname are typed in
Fixed an issue with the display of “reports to” relationships in the person grid
Fixed an issue with very large reporting lines diagrams fitting on the PDF page
Third-Party Oversight
Added an option to Matrix screens to display a “Master ID” column containing the internal ID given to the item by the account that shared it with you
Fixed an issue where emails of pending shares were not being sent
