Axiom Update 3.12.3

Updated: Jan 12

We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.12.3 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Sharing (Third-Party Oversight) Module

  • Added a 'Show only differences' filter to the Recipient sharing screen to make it faster to identify and review updated items

  • Added an explanation where a shared item has since been modified by a Master user and is no longer available to be accepted;

  • Ensured messages will be sent to Users with 'Accept Share' permissions only where a shared item has remained unmodified for a period of 48 hour to provide a window to make further adjustments to shared items even after approving the share

Oversight (SMCR) Module

  • Added the ability to 'bulk launch' Workflows from the Person grid to better coordinate the Fitness and Propriety process for large firms and teams

  • Added 'Directory' validations to inform a User where items in the list do not meet template requirements such as not having a valid Nationality or Title as per the Directory template (available as a preview to SMCR customers - please contact your Customer Success Manager for further details)

  • Added the Legal Entity to the Overview 'URL' in the browser 'address bar' so that when sharing a link to this Dashboard any Legal Entity filter is maintained on entry

  • Added the ability to show or hide end-dated Persons from the Overview Dashboard

General Improvements

  • Added the ability to search the second tier of drop-down list to increase the speed of lookup for those firms with a large number of entries

  • Added subjects when viewing Workflows in the Completed & Due screens to make it easier to filter to specific Workflows (e.g. Certification Workflows for a particular individual, and so on)

  • Improved the date filter on the Completed & Due screen to make it more intuitive to select the same date for 'From' and 'To' dates

  • Added a callout icon to launch the new experience Inbox from the 'classic' Axiom screens

  • Added a clarification to an error message where accessing an attestation you did not have permissions to view these, to make it clearer on how you could resolve

  • Added permissions to 'Address Book Records' being edited during an attestation to tighten up controls of these entities

  • Removed surplus 'linked entity' columns on the Rules Matrix screens

  • Fixed a visual issue where the drop-down menu for editing a Record appeared 'squashed' on many screen resolutions

  • Fixed a minor issue where it appeared to be possible to send an activation e-mail to an already active User

  • Fixed a minor visual issue with the date filter on the Risk Matrix screen
