Axiom Update 3.20.0
We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.20.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
Tasks
Added columns to rules mapping grid screens which count events from mapped tasks for each row
○ This allows you to easily review figures for tasks you have mapped to your processes, controls, and risks

○ You can activate these columns by picking 'Show task data' from the 'Advanced filters' menu on grid screens
Added the ability to 'enforce' evidence for a task
○ This prevents anyone from completing the task unless they upload at least one evidence file
○ You can switch this on for a task by selecting 'enforce' from the evidence section of the task design page
Tasks will now show their description (if any) on the popup shown when completing the task and on the event page
Added the ability to upload multiple evidence files at once when completing a task
Attestations
Added the ability to 'enforce' evidence for an attestation
○ This prevents anyone from completing the attestation unless they upload at least one evidence file
○ You can switch this on for an attestation by selecting 'enforce' from the evidence section of the attestation design page
Oversight
Better support for status changes for employees imported via HR system integration (change of employment type, termination etc)
Fixed an issue with case-sensitive validation on e-mail address on HR system imports
Added validation to the 'FRN' field on the FCA Directory screen
Enabled sorting on ID and PRN columns on the 'People' grid
Added the ability to view (and sort on) separate first and last name columns on the 'People' grid
Fixed an issue with screen items blinking when using the FCA directory 'History' function
Fixed an issue where 'indirect' reports were not considered in 'my team' for the corresponding permission scope
Permissions
Added specific permissions for viewing the 'History' tab of each type of item
○ For example, the 'View Control History' permissions allows the user to see the history tab for controls
○ You will need to add the relevant permission to any roles that you wish to see history tabs
Improved the help wording for certain permission scopes
General Improvements & Fixes
Added the ability to customise the 'support' email address for your Axiom account
○ This lets you specify an internal support address (instead of Axiom support) as the destination for support enquiries launched from within the app

Added the ability to organise events of different types (attestations, tasks, workflows) when looking at a mapped item card screen
○ The relevant tab is now named 'Events' to make it clear that events of different types can be found here (not just attestations)

Improved save/cancel options briefly being displayed when saving an RM document
Removed brackets from the related issue numbers shown on the 'Issue task' grid
Added the ability to set a custom order for the 'Issue task' grid columns
○ This functionality will be subsequently added to other grids in the same way!
Added risk rating scores (as well as labels) to columns in the 'Risk' grid screen
Improved 'on hover' tooltips to allow you to take actions such as select text within, copy, and scroll tooltips where needed
Improved the display of description on custom issue field groups
Fixed an issue with dropdown items being duplicated when changing chart types within MI
Fixed an issue with an error message being displayed on completing an issue task
Fixed an issue with notifications not being updated when approving shared items
Fixed an issue with timestamps on downloaded issue CSV files
Fixed a layout issue with the 'Risk' grid screen
Fixed an issue with missing data on downloaded issue CSVs
Fixed an issue with mapping items directly to topics with the drag and drop interface
