We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.25.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
Added the ability to manage 'custom fields' for risks
This can be found under the new "Custom fields" menu in the Rules mapping section:
If you've used custom fields for Issues before, you'll be right at home with this feature as it works in exactly the same way.
If not, watch out for our forthcoming article on how to use custom fields which will be available when we add support for Axiom Processes and Controls in the coming weeks.
All the standard Axiom Risk fields will be preserved into a default group so nothing will change unless you adjust settings on this page.
A new permission 'Manage risk custom fields' controls access to this feature
You can now sort tasks in your Inbox by design order (the order they appear in the task design view), or the start or end time of the tasks:

General fixes and improvements
If you lock your account by trying five unsuccessful passwords in a row, you must now reset your password before your account can be unblocked (even by an administrator)
Fixed counts of sub-tasks and warnings not appearing correctly on the Inbox screen.
Fixed an issue where task MI would show the owner as completer even where another user actually completed the task.
Fixed an issue with evidence warnings on completed sub-tasks.
Fixed an issue where task subjects would not appear on the completed task card.
Fixed an issue with searching and downloading audit records.
Improved display of timestamps for task and non-task events to recognise that only tasks have a 'due time'.
Fixed an issue where unusual date situations could cause unexpected scheduling results when using the 'week numbers' schedule type.
We now allow download of event and audit data for a 3-month period at a time.
Performance improvements to inbox screens when many tasks are involved
Various fixes and improvements to HR data import rules.
Updated naming of 'attestation' events when seen as subjects of other events
Fixed a display problem with the oversight attestation sub-menu
Fixed a tooltip display problem on the Issues grid screen
Fixed an issue selecting 'master' shared tasks to view as a sharing recipient
