Axiom Update 3.29.0

We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.29.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Oversight (SMCR)

  • It is now possible to view a Person's FCA Directory submission from their Person card by selecting the new FCA Directory tab

  • Clicking 'Manage' takes you through to the Person's submission history on the main FCA Directory page if further management of this Person's submissions is required

  • Similarly, it is now possible to filter to a Person on the FCA Submission History dialog to quickly retrieve a specified Person's history

  • From there it is possible to route the other way i.e. direct to the Person's card from this dialog

  • Added a permission ("View event responses") to give greater control over whether a User can see Data Set Field responses within an Event (giving you the ability to assign a senior administrator access to all Events without allocating visibility of the more sensitive Event responses for example)

  • Resolved a rare case where Certification Workflows were being repeated on the Oversight Overview screen when set on a recurring schedule

  • Resolved an issue where the ampersand ('&') symbol was not being represented correctly in Responsibility Maps and PDF downloads

  • Resolved an HR import issue where the ampersand symbol was present in fields used to match data

  • Resolved a minor issue where a Person's linked User e-mail address was not being fully represented on the Person Card 'Additional details' section

General Improvements & Fixes

  • It is now possible to raise an Issue against an Attestation or Task List when reviewing these Events as a Attestation or Task List 'within an Attestation', to better track and evidence compliance oversight where Issues arise

  • Includes the accompanying addition of Related Task lists and Related Attestations columns on the Issues Grid, and the automatic linking to the related Event on the Issues Card
