Axiom Update 3.32.0

We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.32.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

General Improvement - Rule Updates

  • Transitioned Rule Updates from our 'classic' screen to the newer User Interface (UI) for a better User Experience (UX)

  • 'Admin' Users may now allocate Users a 'Manage Rule Updates' permission that allows Users to accept, remove and/or change Rules

  • These Users will receive a notification within the application when Rule changes have been detected and tallied

  • Rules that have changed will continue to highlight changes

  • Rules that have 'changed' or been 'removed' will list any Topics where they are currently mapped to make it easier to assess the impact within your compliance matrix before making changes

  • The classic Requirement Updates screen will now redirect to this new UI

Third-Party Oversight (TPO)

  • Master Users will now be able to see and filter on which Accounts an Event is 'Shared with' via a new column on the Completed & Due and individual Event Design listing grids

  • Customers who do not yet have the Third-Party Oversight module may see shared Events from a Master Account with basic functionality

  • A View Shared Events Permission has been added for Recipient accounts to manage which Users see this data, making it easier for Administrators to 'hide' or display this data depending on the needs of specific Users

  • Included were some introductory performance improvements to the 'Shared by us' and 'Shared with us' Sharing screens as part of an ongoing suite of performance improvements planned for the TPO feature set

Oversight (SM&CR)

  • It is now possible for a User to access their Person Card quickly via the Welcome drop-down menu

Other General Improvements & Fixes

  • The underlying User Interface framework has been updated for a smoother loading experience and better support for a more modern User Interface in future developments

  • The first thing most Users will notice is a slightly modified User login page with subtle UX improvements

  • This lays the foundation for a much larger design refresh when we move to Axiom Version 4.0.0

  • Modified the Completed & Due csv output so that Excel will recognise the time and date Custom data format

  • Improved the Audit History for Task Lists to capture where a Task has been claimed or completed via the bulk 'Complete many' operations

  • Introduced further enhancements to the numeric Custom Fields including filters including the ability to now search within decimal places and negative number parameters

  • Improved the User journey when navigating to the Rules Mapping section of the application where a User does not have the View Topics permission

  • Improved the logging of Ignored and unignored Rules for better investigation capability when monitoring 'Rules management' activity

  • Improved the Inbox behaviour to better remember filters when navigating between 'tabs' in the system

  • Reintroduced the grouping of Risks, Processes and Controls in the right-hand side library when searching for these entities on the mapping screens

  • Resolved an issue whereby the search was not operating correctly within the right-hand side library when searching for entities on the mapping screens

  • Resolved an MI issue where the Attestations Overdue measure was not returning data when grouping by certain dimensions

  • Resolved an issue where the csv download from the Topic Matrix screen was not reflecting the 'In Topic only' filter when applied

  • Resolved an issue where Custom Field filters were not filtering data correctly on the Issues grid

  • Resolved an issue where the Event Type filter was not filtering data correctly on the Completed & Due grid

  • Resolved an issue whereby the Completed & Due grid was sometimes duplicating subjects in the csv download

  • Resolved an issue where all Persons belonging to a non-Job Role Function were being displayed when allocating a Function to a Responsibility

  • Resolved an issue where clicking manage on the Responsibility card was resulting in a blank dialog

  • Resolved an issue whereby the Controls filter was returning Processes in the 'global' Audit History screen

  • Resolved an issue on the Shared by us and Shared with us screens where the 'Sub-topics' count was not correct (data within remained unchanged and correct when expanded)

  • Resolved an issue where the MI was not refreshing in the case where Attestation 'notes' were longer than 1000 characters

  • Added security patches including Cookie and Javascript Library updates as part of our ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of data security

  • Removed the date range limit when downloading Completed & Due events meaning those customers with less than 20,000 rows for any selected date range should now be able to download data over greater time period

  • Added some logging to the HR import service to better identify import milestones during the import process

  • Added logging to the Audit History where an Attestation has been cancelled

  • Reintroduced the Axiom logo to the Welcome e-mails

  • Renamed the 'Reset to default' feature in the column selector on all grids to make it clearer what this feature does
