Axiom Update 3.33.0

We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.33.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Cloud Storage

  • Completed work to support Records, Evidence Files and Documents being managed by cloud storage, as required, on a client-by-client basis.

  • Note that existing storage configurations will not have changed unless explicitly requested

  • Includes a 'hybrid' mode to align with Customer testing requirements

  • Will offer better support for future analytic capabilities based on stored data, and faster recall of volume data for Enterprise scale clients

Oversight Module

  • Added highlights to the Directory feature to better guide Users to recent changes e.g. where a Persons surname may have changed on an HR import

  • It is now possible to select between a Persons 'Direct' and 'Indirect' Line Managers when launching a Workflow for a Person with multiple managers

  • Added a complimentary filter for Persons with multiple managers on the Person Grid to support the use-case of launching Workflows individually where individual selection is required

  • Note: If one Person has the same Line Manager but multiple times, e.g. in different Roles, this will still only count as one Line Manager

  • In the Bulk Launch case the system will make it clear which Persons will need to be launched manually (i.e. where multiple Line Manager Persons exist, so should be chosen between)

  • Added the ability to set the Workflow Owner during Workflow configuration (vs. always defaulting to the Person launching as per previous behaviour)

  • Added 'Delegated via' and 'Assigned via' information for Responsibilities during a Workflow Step attestation

  • Added a Legal Entity filter and representation for Senior Manager Functions on the Person grid

  • Added the Persons IRN to the Users summary page

  • Surfaced information about which User marked a FCA Directory file as submitted on the FCA Directory 'History' dialog to reduce the need to find this information in the 'global' Audit History log

  • Increased the default search date range for previous attestations to two years (from one) to make it easier to review a wider range of previous responses

  • Increased the default search date range for previous FCA Directory 'submissions' to one year (from one month) from the Person card 'FCA Directory' tab to make it easier to review a wider range of previously indicated submissions

  • Increased the National Insurance Number character count to two hundred characters to accommodate a wider range of use-cases

  • Modified the HR systems importer logic to be more strict in preventing role modification where a Person has multiple Job Roles

  • This includes not building Line Manager relationships in this use-case

  • Resolved an Issue where the 'bulk' Launch Workflow feature on the Person grid was not including all Persons where the 'paging' size for a page fitted within certain specific parameters

General Improvements and Fixes

  • Added ID columns for Rules Mapping compliance entities (Risk, Process and Controls) when these entities are in their 'Advanced filters', 'Show relationships', 'Expanded' mode, to make it easier to match ID's e.g. in Excel lookup or Index queries

  • Added the ability to download a CSV for Event (Workflows, Attestations and Task List) 'Designs' from the listing screens

  • Optimised the speed of recalling Rule Updates for a faster reporting of Rule Updates for Users with the 'Manage Rule updates' permission

  • Removed the 'x responses generated a result' message during a Workflow Step attestation where a User does not have View Workflow Results

  • Improved the calculation of progress for Task Lists Sub-Tasks and Workflow Steps to make it easier to track these Events from the Completed & Due grid

  • Increased the protection for blocked Users to ensure system capability is terminated immediately when a User has been blocked (vs. after having logged out)

  • Added the ability to use the 'ampersand' "&" character in passwords

  • Added messaging where the maximum number of Tasks that may be completed during a single operation is exceeded (typically greater than 150 Tasks)

  • Resolved an issue whereby the Attestations - Passes/Fails measure was not returning correct tabular information when 'drilling' further into the chart within the MI 'cards'

  • Resolved an issue where it was not possible to map a Topic from the right-hand side Library when the Topic was located via a search query

  • Resolved an issue where related Tasks were not appearing on the Rules Mapping matrix screens within the downloaded CSV's

  • Resolved an issue whereby images were not being correctly rendered when using the Documentation feature

  • Implemented a redirect to the new 'Audit' page from the Classic screen as this feature no longer supports the latest functionality e.g. 'Related entity' search and 'Download' csv

  • Implemented a redirect to the new 'Users' page from the Classic screen as this feature no longer supports the latest functionality e.g. User Groups and Role creation

  • Resolved a minor visual issue where Created date and Last edited date search boxes were not being represented consistently

  • Resolved a minor issue where a specific legacy URL was not correctly redirecting a User to the correct 'page not found' screen

  • Resolved an issue where Axiom e-mails were including a 'missing' Axiom logo image

  • Fixed a broken link to the Inbox presented within the 'classic' Axiom 'dashboard
