Axiom Update 3.35.0

Updated: May 10

We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.35.0 is now live!

This update contains the following changes:

Oversight Module

  • Added the ability to see 'Immediate Reports' from the Person Grid

  • Includes a wide range of filters to assist for example when validating line management data prior to annual certification

  • Made it easier to select or deselect all Functions within a hierarchy level when designing a Responsibility Map Document to make this process faster for enterprise scale firms with large and/or complex organisational hierarchies

  • Added new navigation configuration options (custom 'Tab' labels and Tab ordering') to better configure the display on the Person card for those firms tracking many different Workflow Types from other regulatory jurisdictions (over and above the standard configuration provided 'out of the box')

  • These may be configured by an Axiom Account administrator. Please contact your support@axiomhq.com for more information

  • Added the ability to include a list of all of a Persons Responsibilities across multiple Legal Entities when generating an Oversight document Template

  • Added the ability to include a list of all of a Persons Job Roles across multiple Legal Entities when generating an Oversight document Template

  • Added a permission to control access to the main Oversight Overview Dashboard

General Improvements

  • Added new sorting options within the Inbox for Attestations and Workflow Steps so that Users may choose whether to manage their newest or oldest due Events, first

  • For Customers with the Workflow module, it will now be possible to generate tailored documents that can be stored as Records (attached to Processes, Risks, Controls, Persons, Functions and Responsibilities) when a Workflow is completed with a given Result

  • This broadens the use of Workflows and their associated Actions to be able to generate new compliance documents over and above that of employee Certifications currently offered via the Oversight module

  • These may be configured by an Axiom Account administrator. Please contact your support@axiomhq.com for more information

  • The Axiom Logo (situated at the top left of every page) will now navigate all Users to their Inbox instead of the 'Classic' Axiom following feedback from Customers

  • Classic Axiom screens are still accessible via the right-hand-side Welcome navigation menu

  • It is now possible to filter compliance matrix columns for blanks (previously known as 'Gaps' in the Classic Axiom interface) to quickly identify coverage gaps within large compliance matrices

  • Added the ability for Administrator Users to see their User count for Full and Attestation Users within the User Management screen

  • Improved the User experience for Administrator Users when reviewing other employee Events in their Inboxes so that the view reverts back to that Users Inbox location after viewing a live Event (whereas previously this required a reselection of that Users Inbox on return)

  • Further improved the rendering of tables when viewing regulator Rules to match the Handbook

  • Resolved an issue for customers with the TPO module whereby the Sharing indicator was not always correctly refreshed directly after 'unsharing' a Workflow Step (on the 'Master' side)

  • Resolved an issue whereby the scheduling information on the Scheduling tab of the Task card was not updating the frequency value with the latest value despite that change having been applied

  • Resolved a performance Issue on the MI where running a Report of User Logins by User was failing to load. Additionally as a separate piece of work has reconfigured the way the system creates and manages this information between Master and Recipient to minimise the load when performing this query in future leading to further gains (once redundant historical information has been refined).
