Updated: May 10
We are pleased to announce that Axiom version 3.36.0 is now live!
This update contains the following changes:
Added the ability to create issues and breaches directly when completing tasks
You'll see an "Add issue" button on the inbox next to a task, allowing you to raise an issue at this point.
The event that issues were created from displays as a linked item on the issue details page:
The 'create issue' forms now respect the order of fields as per your configuration under Issues->Custom Fields.
Added a toggle to control whether an issue field should be shown during events (such as the new task completion flow) on the issue field designer (previously only mandatory fields would be shown at this time.)
Added a column to the issues grid showing which event (if any) an issue was created during
Added warnings to sub-tasks when shown on the inbox:
Warning will appear when sub-tasks:
Have missing evidence
Were given a result of 'Not done'
Had issues raised
Added a 'By Event' dimension to the Issue measure on MI dashboards/reports.
This allows you to generate reports of issues that have arisen as a result of tasks or attestations
Added a new data field type 'Link' which accepts (only) any valid internet link as input
Fixed an issue where MI drill-down to data table was not working as expected
Fixed an issue where MI could show "Not a Number" (NaN) instead of expected values
Fixed an issue making it impossible to remove a topic in some cases
Increased the maximum length of displayed Responsibility references when provided
Fixed an issue with person email address not appearing as expected on the attestation page
Fixed an issue with clicking outside of filters on the events grid page
Fixed an issue with issue open/closed status not updating as expected on the issue grid page
Fixed an issue with CSV exports from the events page
